1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bu999 platform — including through any web browser, mobile browser, or any other interface by which the bu999 service is made available — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any other policies incorporated herein by reference, including the bu999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bu999 platform and close any account you hold with us. Your continued use of bu999 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Security

You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bu999 recommends the use of a strong, unique password and the activation of two-factor authentication as an additional layer of account security.

bu999 will never contact you by any means to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from bu999 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.3 Unauthorised Access

You must notify bu999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. While bu999 will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your account following such notification, bu999 cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bu999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations under applicable international gaming regulations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage during your use of the platform: a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card or passport), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Account Currency

4.3 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account held in a name other than that of the registered bu999 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned to the originating payment method and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your bu999 account, where technically and operationally possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. 4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits

These limits may vary by payment method. bu999 reserves the right to apply maximum withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis and will notify affected account holders accordingly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.4 bu999's Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

bu999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn or materially modified after a player has already opted in and commenced wagering, that player's accrued progress toward the wagering requirement will be honoured under the original terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

6 Gameplay Rules

Where a game round cannot be completed and its outcome cannot be determined, the wager placed on that round will be returned to the player's account balance as a matter of course.

bu999 operates on a "play for real money" basis only. There is no obligation for a player to wager at any specific time; however, dormant accounts — accounts showing no login or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as detailed in the bu999 account management policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bu999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and, upon investigation, permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

bu999's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict bu999's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Account Termination & Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bu999 account at any time by contacting the bu999 support team. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Closure by bu999

bu999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; dormancy; or at the discretion of bu999 for any business reason. Where an account is closed by bu999 for reasons not related to player misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player.

13 Amendments to These Terms
